Public Authority for Minor Affairs

Kuwait City, Kuwait

The PAMA building is a key public sector building commissioned by the government to improve and assist the processing of complex issues concerning children.  Pace worked on a design that opens up the ground floor plan to both link the various building masses and highlight a sense of community and transparency.  The ‘City Square’ effect means that both visitors and staff will benefit from the natural daylight that floods into the space between the two staggered towers internally whilst at night time the buildings will be floodlit to bring a distinct form to the city’s profile.
